Hong Kong Mocy International Trade Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') provides customers with integrated import/export trade and logistics solutions. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Content
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Import/Export Trade Services: Provide professional international trade services to facilitate product import/export business
- Logistics & Transportation: Provide various logistics solutions including sea, air, rail, and land transport
- Warehousing Services: Provide short-term warehousing and overseas warehouse services
- Quality Inspection & Packaging: Provide product quality inspection and professional packaging services
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete product requirement information and specifications; ensure that goods comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country/region; pay service fees on time; bear the consequences of providing incorrect information or violating regulations.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees include product cost, service fee, logistics fee, customs fee, etc., subject to the quotation. Customers must pay fees according to the payment time and method stipulated in the contract. Overdue payment may result in order delay or cancellation.
5. Order Cancellation and Refund
After order confirmation, if the customer requests cancellation, fees already incurred (such as deposit, logistics fee, etc.) may need to be paid. For returns/exchanges due to quality issues or discrepancies with descriptions, we will assist in processing. Specific refund policies are subject to supplier terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We will do our best to provide quality services, but are not responsible for the following: supplier delivery delays, product quality issues (beyond reasonable quality inspection scope), delays or losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy changes, epidemics, etc.); losses caused by incorrect information provided by customers.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that goods do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Losses caused by intellectual property disputes shall be borne by the customer.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and significant changes will be notified to customers via email. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
